These terms govern your use of Behalve (“the platform”), operated by Behalve (“we”, “us”).

What Behalve Does

Behalve is an AI chatbot platform for small businesses. You describe your business, and we build a chatbot that answers your customers on channels like LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per business (you may operate multiple chatbots under one account)

Your Content

You own the business content you upload (documents, product info, knowledge). By uploading content, you grant us permission to use it to power your chatbot.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Behalve to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your business
• Distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party platform policies (including Meta, LINE, and WhatsApp policies)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform

AI-Generated Responses

Your chatbot’s responses are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your chatbot’s knowledge to ensure it represents your business accurately.

Third-Party Channels

When you connect Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp, or other channels, you must comply with those platforms’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Behalve is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue from chatbot downtime or inaccurate AI responses.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
